West Door

The West leads you to your personal truth and inner answers. It also shows you the path to your goals. The West is guarded by the Bear, who takes us deep into her cave of introspection. The color is black, and symbolizes fall, sunset, introspection, preparation, death and rebirth, the sacred vision quest. The third path of transformation, where we learn to heal our bodies, our judgments, our relationships, our self-esteem, and our unwanted habits. The path were we begin to develop our intuition and our ability to listen, and where we skillfully develop our personal effectiveness in life.

The West is the Looks Within Place and speaks of the introspective nature of man.
