East Door
	The East Door is the beginning direction of the Medicine Wheel and guides you to your greatest spiritual challenges and is the path to illumination. The East is guarded by the Eagle who gives us universal vision. The color is yellow, and symbolizes sunrise, spring, beginnings, enlightenment, illumination. It is the first path of transformation, where we are suddenly awakened to the realization that we have a purpose in life and that we choose to serve humanity.
	It is the place where we open our hearts to spirit.
